If there is no activity on your tracking number after 7 days, please contact us immediately. Your order may be displaced by our shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL). 

Please be aware before ordering - We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on some items.

You have the option to Cancel, Edit or Change your Shipping Address before your order is shipped. Once tracking number is generated, this option is voided. Please find these options at the bottom of your confirmation email. This option is available if you opt for text messaging services. Please see examples below.
