• $5.00 flat rate return shipping

We understand there may be occasions where you order items in error. In this case, we offer a 14-day return policy. If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return, unopened (sealed in plastic casing), in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it to receive a refund. The refund does not include the shipping charge for sending the item(s) to you, or the USD 5.00 return shipping costs to return the product back to us. We recommend shipping your return with tracking to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).

Please note not all products are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. 

At this time we do not accept any returns for international orders outside of the United States.  

Cancellation/Order Change:

You have the option to cancel any order at any time until shipped. After your order is shipped you can not cancel an order. We do not cancel or make changes to any orders for you.
